“THE RAT PACK RETURNS” IS A WORLD CLASS TRIBUTE TO THE LEGACY OF ONE OF THE GREATEST SOLO ARTISTS OF ALL TIME, MR. FRANK SINATRA, AND HIS PALS, DEAN MARTIN AND SAMMY DAVIS, JR.!
Las Vegas, NV (PRWEB) February 4, 2016
Audiences will be treated to the most musical and interactive tribute to The Rat Pack ever to appear on stage, featuring the top of the chart hits Everybody Loves Somebody, Come Fly With Me, Luck Be a Lady, Mack The Knife, I’ve Got The World On A String, It Was A Very Good Year, and of course, New York, New York. Audience interaction is the theme of the Show, and they will get it right from the opening with a sing-a-long version of That’s Amore!
Bringing the legends to life is an incredibly talented cast led by Sebastian Anzaldo as Frank Sinatra and Andy DiMino as Dean Martin. Besides being very similar in look and voice to Frank and Dean, each of these actors has portrayed their particular character in more than 5,000 live shows, a remarkable achievement! Because of the sheer number of shows, each of these actors is considered to be the best actor in the United States at their individual role.

Mr. Anzaldo said that “the chance to once again re-create the Sinatra of the 1960’s on the big stages is very exciting because it really allows me to stretch as a singer covering the myriad of hits that Mr. Sinatra had.”
Producer Rick Kanfer said that “Mr. Anzaldo and Mr. Dimino are so talented at their re-creations that they will be allowed to change their set list each and every show!” “This will truly give our show that improvisational feeling that was what the original Rat Pack were all about, and it’s a form of theater that has influenced me for a very long time.” Mr. Kanfer is the Producer and Writer of “Frankie and Angie Get Married” and “Wake Up Shamus O’Reilly,” two comedic, interactive themed shows that played for very long runs in Atlanta, Georgia. “Frankie” is actually the longest running play in the history of Atlanta.
Mr. Kanfer went on to say that “we will have other interactive parts of the play including a pre-show mock casino with authentic dealers and casino equipment.” There will be character actors (think the TV Show Mad Men), roaming about who will be in the vein of a Disney World or a Cirque du Soleil Show pre-opening entertainment. “Very comedic and very interactive, totally immersing audience members in the theme.” “We believe that all these elements are required to truly create the aura and mystique that the original Rat Pack generated whenever Mr. Sinatra was performing in Las Vegas; you never really knew if Sammy, Dean or whomever was going to show up and that created a crazy demand to be able to rub elbows with the rich and famous. We want that same feeling in our Show, so there will definitely be surprise celebrity sightings and appearances!”

ABOUT THE REAL RAT PACK
The Rat Pack wasn’t a group in the normal sense of entertainment, it was a loose confederation of more than 20 actors, singers and comedians all lumped together by the media under that name in the early 1960’s. The Pack was actually founded by Humphrey Bogart, and named by his wife Lauren Bacall after an extremely late night (or should we say early morning!) of first performing and then drinking, smoking and carousing!
Sinatra, Davis and Martin all had very long individual careers with Sinatra alone accounting for ten #1 hits and an amazing 70 top ten recordings! He still stands today as the second most charted (Billboard) solo act in history.
For the Rat Pack, the legendary “Summit at the Sands” concerts, performing all together or in various combinations, were a welcome respite from the Oceans Eleven film set. After a full day in front of the cameras, the group would find themselves onstage each night in the Copa Room for two freewheeling, seltzer-spraying shows, followed by a 2AM sojourn to a carefully guarded Sands lounge, where the boys would invariably end up onstage again. The magic was fueled by the spirit of the 1960 presidential election, capped by a visit from JFK himself on February 8, 1960. The act became the talk of Las Vegas and soon the nation.
THE RAT PACK RETURNS is currently booking 2017/2018 touring performances.
